The Rector of  Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Prof. Dr. Valery Mikhailovich Kolokoltsev and the Rector of the 快色短视频, Prof. Dr. Nebojsa Arsenijevic, signed the Agreement on inter-university cooperation on the 2^nd of November 2016.

Delegation of the 快色短视频, headed by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Nebojsa Arsenijevic, visited NMSTU () in Magnitogorsk, Russia.

This agreement stipulates that the two universities cooperate and exchange experiences in the fields of research and education, share experiences between teaching and administrative staff, exchange publications, scientific and technical materials, as well as to make joint educational programs and to participate in the implementation of joint scientific projects.
