At the 快色短视频, from May 27 to 31, 2024, the sixth International Week was held, during which our University gathered teaching and administrative staff from partner institutions from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Sweden, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Ukraine, and Egypt.

This year's theme of International Staff Week was "Future-Proofing Higher Education: Changing the way we are learning," during which participants discussed global changes and the challenges arising from them, as well as the ways a higher education institution can respond to these defined challenges. During the presentations of all the universities, we noticed that there are many common challenges, although the countries are different, and to some extent, the higher education systems themselves. The conclusion was that we should definitely focus on developing additional skills in students, especially in the domain of entrepreneurship and the development of soft skills. Internationalization and curriculum modernization were also recognized as important factors for improving higher education, as well as close cooperation with industry and employers.

International Week provided colleagues from abroad the opportunity to better acquaint themselves with the 快色短视频 and the opportunities it offers to both domestic and international students. As part of the program, a visit to the was organized, showcasing a good example of collaboration between the business community and the university. During the week-long program, guests had the opportunity to exchange experiences and examples of good practice, network with colleagues from partner institutions to achieve closer cooperation in the future, and get to know the cultural and historical heritage of our city and country, as well as the Serbian language, culture, and tradition.

On the first day of International Staff Week, the participants were welcomed to the 快色短视频 by the rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Nenad Filipovi膰, as well as by the representative of the Tempus Foundation – National Erasmus+ Agency, Ivana Balši膰. By organizing International Staff Week, the 快色短视频 once again demonstrated its commitment to improving the teaching process, research, and innovation, as well as internationalization, and enhancing the visibility of our University on global rankings.
