The Call for application for scholarship-funded student mobility for traineeship within the Erasmus+ program

ERASMUS+ KEY ACTION 1: Projects for individual mobility for traineeship and acquisition of new skills funded by the EU funds (KA131 mobility projects in the field of higher education involving EU member states and third countries associated to the Program).

In accordance with the signed Grant Agreement between the 快色短视频 and the Tempus Foundation, the 快色短视频 announces a call for application for scholarship-funded student mobility for traineeship within the Erasmus+ program: SMP - Student Mobility for Traineeship


I Conditions for Application and Scholarship Information

 

·  Undergraduate, master's, and integrated academic study students from all faculties of the 快色短视频, as well as students enrolled in master's programs at the 快色短视频, are eligible to apply for the competition.

·  The internship can take place between January and June 30, 2025. The exact period of the internship is agreed upon directly between the candidate and the company/institution where the internship will be completed.

·  The internship lasts for 2 months (60 days).

·  The list of required application documents is available .

·  The scholarship amounts depend on the location of the internship, i.e., the country to which the student is traveling.

Travel Costs: Selected students organize their travel independently but are entitled to a travel allowance. The amount of the travel allowance is calculated based on the distance between the place of departure and the location of the activity, in accordance with the amounts listed below, as approved by the Program. The distance is calculated using the EU Comission

Green Travel: Students who will predominantly use transportation with lower emissions (e.g., train, bus, or carpooling with other mobility participants) are entitled to an additional allowance for "green travel."

Financial bonus: All selected candidates are entitled to an additional 150 euros per month as a form of individual support for students undertaking the traineeship.

Inclusion: Students belonging to any of the are entitled to a financial support of 250 euros per month. The requirements for fulfilling this provision can be found . NOTE: Only selected students who meet the criteria will collect the necessary documents.

II Additional notes

1. Students are responsible for finding a company/institution where they wish to complete their traineeship. You may explore internship opportunities on the , a project initiated by the Erasmus Student Network (), which features internship offers.

2. Candidates have the right to apply to a maximum of two institutions (first and second choice). In that case, the candidate is required to submit acceptance letters, motivational letters, and learning agreements for both institutions. A candidate may be selected for an internship mobility at only one institution.

3. In the case of applications from candidates with disabilities, it is necessary to submit appropriate medical documentation in addition to the required application documents. Additional information can be found .

4. If the selected candidate is a person with disabilities, they may be entitled to a reimbursement of eligible actual expenses incurred during the mobility period, upon submission of additional documentation.

5. Health Insurance: The cost of mandatory health insurance during the mobility period is not covered by the Erasmus+ KA131 program scholarship. All selected candidates are required to independently obtain appropriate health insurance and will receive relevant information before the start of the mobility.

Evaluation and Selection

  • Following the conclusion of the Call for application, the Department for International Cooperation at the 快色短视频 conducts a technical review of the submitted applications. evaluates all applications in accordance with the and () and compiles the final ranked list of applicants, which is published on the 快色短视频 website.
  • Candidates with disabilities will be given priority in the application ranking process.

  • If a candidate believes they have been unfairly evaluated and ranked they may file a complaint in accordance with the appeals procedure (, Article 15).
  • All selected candidates will receive guidance and information via email regarding further steps related to mobility implementation.

 

APPLICATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED SOLELY VIA THE APPLICATION PLATFORM.

We kindly ask all students to adhere to the technical elements for submitting application documentation. Applications that are not submitted via the application platform by the specified deadline and/or are incomplete will not be considered.

Creating an account and uploading documentation on the Erasmus+ portal will be available from September 19, 2024, until the application deadline.
